Lipcase Returns Policy

At Lipcase, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange a product, and we are here to assist you with that process.

Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Exchanges are only available for items purchased directly from Lipcase.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
  • Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. Exchange Process:

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@lipcase.co.za or WhatsApp 060 632 2536 with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
  • Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Lipcase.

3. Exchange for Different Models:

  • We only offer exchanges for different models within our product range.
  • If the item you wish to exchange for is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. 

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@lipcase.co.za or WhatsApp 060 632 2536. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any items.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.

Additional Information

  • Please ensure that you use a trackable shipping method when returning items to us, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange within 7-10 business days and notify you via email.
